In light of the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), which has been in effect since 13 December 2024, we would like to inform you of the most important changes.

According to the regulations mentioned above, EUREKA Sp. z o.o., as a company placing products on the European Union market, is responsible for fulfilling the safety requirements related to their use.

Therefore, please report any comments or concerns you may have about the safety of our products - to the email address gpsr@pularys.com or via the form at the bottom of the page. All reports will be duly considered.

EUREKA Sp. z o.o. supplies the products with the necessary user manuals and information about the importer as the entity responsible for the safety of products placed on the EU market. Under the implementation of the directive, the marking of our products will be supplemented with an e-mail address for direct contact.

The new GPSR regulations, which allow for reporting safety issues and providing information about the responsible entity, are effective as of 13 December 2024. Products placed on the market before this date are excluded from the new regulation.
